Privacy notice

What reaches the service

The calculators receive numbers, fiscal years, and fixed labels, such as currency, evidence status, and measure type. The account snapshot receives financial figures you enter, usually from a public annual report. The ChatGPT tools use the same calculation service. They do not need your name, a company name, documents, conversation transcripts, or customer records, and they do not accept free text. Do not include secrets or private customer information.

How data is used

Inputs are processed in memory to calculate the requested result and returned to your browser or ChatGPT. The application does not store case inputs or outputs in a database, send them to an AI model, or write them to application logs. There are no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or application cookies in this release.

For abuse prevention, the service uses a hash of your network address in a temporary request counter. Counters expire after one minute and are cleared on later requests or when the server instance ends. This is not an account identifier.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the public service and processes network requests, including IP addresses and technical metadata, under its privacy policy. Hosting and security services may retain operational records under their own policies. Application request-body logging is disabled.

If you use the ChatGPT plugin, OpenAI processes your conversation and tool results under your ChatGPT settings and OpenAI’s privacy policy. This notice does not change ChatGPT retention or training settings.

Your copies and choices

Copied summaries and downloaded files are under your control. Browser forms may remain in the open tab or browser history. Close or clear them when using a shared device. We have no saved case account to delete in this release.

Support messages are used to answer your request. Send only a small synthetic example. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data and to complain to a data protection authority. Use the support route below for privacy requests.
