A number looks wrong

Check the period, currency, monthly adoption, review time, and cost completeness. Capacity equivalent is not cash savings. A conditional benefit is capped at the spending that could change.

If the result is still unexpected, prepare a small synthetic example with the inputs, expected result, actual result, and formula version. Never send a customer’s private records, credentials, or financial documents.

The calculator will not run

Check that all required numeric fields are complete. For a buyer-reported schedule, enter one amount per month, separated by commas. If rate-limited, wait one minute. If the service is unavailable, retry later; do not treat a missing result as zero.
